We obey strict product development and qualification flow, make multiple triad production for better design for manufacture (DFM). In our lab, we can make electronics test like EMC, lighting surge, temperature test, and all the other tests. Our lab is certified by Intertek. We make everything we can to verify the design before tooling.

Tooling valification

Almost all of our ODM/OEM customers own the tooling in our factory. We help them open the tooling, and produce. We use and maintain the toolings, which are developed by us and our partner. This way to improve efficiency. Design and opening tooling also be one kind of our service and business. Because many industrial customers have production in Europe, and need such service. We also have branch company in Lithuania, and there we have production line, some of our toolings are also exported to that factory for production.

We have manufacturing site in China. Also in Lithuania, we have factory there. That company Is for local service. Now we produce plastic part and corrugated pipe in Lithuania. With geographical advantage, except production, our branch in Lithuania also provides local service. Customers can enjoy local service, such as: within one-week delivery time from there, local sales and PM support.
